Important Legal Notice

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. By submitting your contact information through UtahLoanRelief.com, you are providing your express written consent to be contacted as described below. This consent applies even if your telephone number is registered on any Do Not Call list.

1. TCPA Consent to Contact

1.1 Your Express Written Consent

By submitting your information on UtahLoanRelief.com, you expressly consent and agree to receive communications from us, our Partners, and our service providers at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provide. This consent includes communications for the following purposes:

  • Marketing and promotional offers related to debt relief, refinancing, and related financial services
  • Service-related communications about your inquiry or application
  • Follow-up communications regarding products and services you may be interested in
  • Market research and customer satisfaction surveys

1.2 Methods of Contact

You agree that we, our Partners, and our service providers may contact you using any of the following methods:

  • Telephone Calls: Including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS or "autodialer")
  • Text Messages (SMS/MMS): Including automated text messages sent to your mobile phone or wireless device
  • Emails: To the email address(es) you provide
  • Prerecorded or Artificial Voice Messages: Including voice messages delivered by automated systems

1.3 Who May Contact You

Your consent applies to communications from:

  • UtahLoanRelief.com and our affiliated companies
  • Our Partners, including lenders, debt relief companies, credit counseling organizations, and other financial service providers to whom we may refer your information
  • Service providers acting on behalf of us or our Partners (such as marketing companies, call centers, and technology providers)

We may share your information with multiple Partners, and each Partner may contact you independently. You may receive communications from more than one company.

1.4 Calls and Messages to Mobile/Wireless Numbers

If you provide a mobile phone or wireless telephone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages at that number, including those made using automated dialing systems or prerecorded/artificial voices. You are not required to consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

1.5 Standard Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any text messages you receive. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier for such messages. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and engagement with us and our Partners.

1.6 Consent Applies to Do Not Call Registry

Your consent applies even if your telephone number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. By providing your telephone number, you are establishing a business relationship with us and our Partners, which permits contact for purposes related to that relationship.

1.7 Consent Is Not Required for Purchase

You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. However, if you do not consent, we and our Partners will not be able to contact you about refinancing options, debt relief services, or other financial products that may be of interest to you.

2. Revoking or Modifying Your Consent

2.1 Your Right to Revoke

You have the right to revoke or modify your consent at any time. Revocation will be effective for future communications after we process your request.

2.2 How to Revoke or Opt Out

To revoke your consent or opt out of communications, you may:

  • Click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email to opt out of email communications from that sender
  • Tell the caller during any phone call that you wish to be placed on that company's do-not-call list

2.3 Important Notes About Opt-Out

Please be aware:

  • If you opt out of communications from one Partner, you may still receive communications from other Partners to whom your information was previously shared
  • You must separately opt out of communications from each company that contacts you
  • Opt-out requests may take up to 10 business days to process
